How to Make an Easter Bunny Craft
Easter is right around the corner. We’re decorating the house, dyeing eggs, and making bunny crafts. The boys’ favourite part of this Easter bunny craft was painting their hands and feet.
Let’s hop to it!
You will need:
- large paper plate
- small paper plate
- pink and purple paint
- paintbrush
- black marker or crayon
- white paper
- pink construction paper (you could use white paper instead)
- glue
- scissors
- stapler (optional)
- Paint both of the paper plates pink. Let them dry completely.
- Draw two circles on white paper and cut them out. They will be the eyes.
- Use a black marker to draw a pupil on each eye.
- Cut out a pink triangle for a nose.
- Paint each hand purple and stamp them on pink or white paper, fingers together. These will be the ears.
- Paint each foot purple and stamp them on pink or white paper. These will be the bunny’s feet. Pro-tip: Have your child sit on the counter next to the sink or on the edge of the bathtub. Paint their foot over the sink, stamp it, and have them wash immediately.
- After the hand and footprints are dry, cut around them.
- Glue eyes and nose to bunny face (small paper plate).
- Draw smile and whiskers with black marker.
- Staple or glue the head to the body (large paper plate).
- Attach ears to head.
- Glue feet to body.
