Storytime Saturday: I Wish You More

Do you know the book “I Wish You More” by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and Tom Lichtenheld? It’s a great read, and it can teach us a lot about happiness. In the book, Rosenthal tells us that she wishes more for her loved ones than just mere happiness. She wants them to experience all sorts of wonderful things, from adventure to love to joy. And I think we can learn from her example. After all, if we want to create lasting happiness for ourselves and those around us, shouldn’t we wish for more than just simple happiness? Let’s take a look at some of the things Rosenthal highlights in her book and see how we can apply them to our lives.

Who are you missing today? Is there a friend from school? Or a family member?
Ask someone to help you connect with this person. Tell them what you ‘wish them more’ of.

This simple and beautiful story is a list of all of the things a person wishes for their friends and loved ones. It’s a great story to read to the children you love around Valentine’s Day.
